Splashes and Tears

Splashes+and+Tears

Lady Bearcats huddle together and discuss their strategies for their game against their opponent, SLO high. The Bearcats yell out Bearcats on three… one, two, three, Bearcats. They stride into their designated positions in the pool, confident in their abilities to win.

On September 14th, at 4 pm, Girls Waterpolo fought hard against SLO and beat them 5-3.

The boy’s water polo team played after the girls at 6 pm and were leading the first three quarters but in the fourth, SLO boys tied the game. They played two 3-minute overtime quarters and in the first quarter, the Bearcats were scored on and could not redeem a point. After a well-fought game, they lost, 8-9.
