Varsity Boys win 26th annual Bearcat Relays, again

Varsity+Boys+win+26th+annual+Bearcat+Relays%2C+again

Varsity Boys track & field team win for the second year in a row

The 2019 and 27th annual Bearcat Relays resulted with Bearcats taking first place in 14 events. On Saturday a total of 15 teams gathered at Paso Robles High School to compete as hard as they can. The Varsity boy’s Paso Robles team lead the meet, and the girl’s team fell short to San Luis Obispo. 

 

This track meet resulted in 11 Bearcat athletes to qualify for CIF:

Kimberly Buchanan Shotput 40-4.5 (1st)

Corban Payne Disc 141-5 (1st) and Shot 49-6(1st)

Brendan Farnsworth 300m Hurdles 41.58

Shasta Garcia Pole Vault 9’ (1st)

Torri Pugh Pole Vault 9’ (1st)

Jessica Jagger, Emily Mathein, Sophia Berry, Kendall Caruana 4×400 (2nd)

Sophia Berry, Kate Lowry, Naomi Wells, Natalia Delgado 4×100 (1st)

Sofia Willoghby Triple Jump (1st)

Hallie Abel Discus (7th)
