Boys win in 26th annual relay meet

Paso Boys Varsity Team Takes First Place Against Twelve Other Schools

The Paso Robles boys varsity team pulled through with first place and a total of 98 points on March 3, 2018. The girls varsity team came short to Arroyo Grande, 86 points, and San Luis Obispo, 77 points. They totaled 68 points at the end of the meet. Twelve teams traveled to compete against each other in the first meet of the season.

Several athletes reached CIF qualifying marks on Saturday:

Junior, Corban Payne – Shot 43-09 and Disc 133-11
Junior, Kim Buchanan – Shot 32-08
Senior, Cara Jones – Disc 103-10
Sophomore, Clay Wilshusen – Vault  11-06
Senior, Cade England – Triple – 42-06
Junior, Connor Lacy – 42-01
Junior, Torri Pugh – High 4-08 and Vault 9-00
