The Varsity Bearcat softball team took their first loss of the season to TempletonÂ
The varsity softball team took on the Templeton Eagles on Thursday, March 2. The first six innings were a constant battle between the two teams with no points being scored. The dry spell was broken in the first half of the seventh inning when two runs were made by the Eagles. The game ended with Bearcats losing 2-0 which leaves them with a 1-1 record. “We need to improve on our offence right now” said Keela Paz “this years line up is really good I have no complaints… it’s like one big family, we all get to practice and when we’re doing practice we’re all laughing and talking and when we walk onto the field we are focused but have great communication”added Keela.
