Paso came out strong on this extremely hot day with an overall win of 7-2.
Sweat was dripping from their heads but they didn’t back down. Through endurance and positivity the girls varsity tennis team has been consistently improving in their league. In their preseason they were undefeated with a 6-0. The team is now 3-3 in league play and 13-4 overall.
Seniors Sophia Berry and Rana Takada did not drop a single match over the past two games. Both Berry and Takada went 2-0 against Atascadero and Templeton in singles play.
The team as a whole received 5-1 in singles and 2-1 in doubles.
