Jumping into the spring season with Track and Field

The season kicks into full gear on Jan 14 after 2018 league win.

Second semester at Paso High is getting started with spring sports. Track and Field is making it’s headway this week with January 14th being the first day of practice. The conclusion of the season will be around the end of May, but athletes who excel in their events will move on to CIF and State meets, which may continue into June. The general event sections one might be interested in include: sprinting, jumps, pole-vault, and hurdles, coached by Coach Wilshusen, distance and mid-distance, coached by Coach Huff, and throws, coached by Coach McPherson and Coach Carroll. To get information about joining the team post-start of the season, talk to Mr. Carroll in room 1011 in the thousands building. Athletes wishing to participate can also visit the PRHS Track and Field site here:

Join the Bearcats in running, jumping, and throwing the way towards greatness!
