The Girls basketball team took a loss to the Righetti Warriors on Tuesday, Feb. 7 with a final score of 29-58.
Before the game began the team celebrated seniors Cece Ramirez, Bailey Lewis, and Shannon Dodds by giving them gifts before their final game of their high school careers.
Things were looking bad in the first quarter when the Warriors already had a lead of 6-19 and things continued to get worse in the second and third quarter. After a timeout in the fourth quarter, the team seemed to come back stronger and begin to catch up. The strong fight they put up did not pay off as the Righetti team still maintained their strong lead. This leaves them with a three-game losing streak and a record of 8-14.
