Honey BBQ had a really good flavor without being very spicy. The BBQ flavor alone is one of our favorites, and the honey only enhances it. You could have these by themselves for a meal and be perfectly content, or if you were put in charge of getting food for a big family gathering, this flavor would be the perfect pick. With this said, the lack of spice is very noticeable, which can either be good or bad depending on the person. We personally love some spice, but the flavor is able to make up for a bit of the loss.

By far the best flavor, Nashville Hot has a perfect blend of great spice and great flavor. Unlike typical buffalo and other spicy sauces, traditional Nashville Hot spices are added after the chicken is fried, letting the wing stay crispy. While this gives it the signature flavor, it makes the wing a little more dry compared to most wings. We have no problem with slightly dry wings, and sometimes agree that it can improve the wing, but we also understand that this preference varies by person. Either way, we would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a bit of spice without regretting it after.

As much as we love buffalo, this one was a bit disappointing. The spice level was raised, much to our happiness. The flavors were on point and we also loved it. However, the wing was just seemed too soggy. We know most wings usually aren’t crispy from the sauce and maybe the unusual wing crispiness from the Nashville Hot was still stuck in our minds, but the wings never seemed crispy to begin with. It’s possible we got a bad batch, but the spice and flavor just couldn’t make up for it.

WARNING: This flavor is not for the week. Blazin’ Knockout was, as its name suggests, quite a knockout. The chicken wasn’t just spicy, it was painful. But before the sauce started burning our mouths, it had a tangy and savory taste, weirdly like a spicy orange. Although the combination sounds a little odd, we thought it was actually a pleasant surprise. The flavor didn’t last long though. Our mouths were quickly overwhelmed by a burning sensation that made us rush to anything cold within reach. If you love some spices and want a challenge, this is the flavor for you. If you’re anyone that’s not like that, stay away.Â
