The Paso Robles Rotary Club is holding an essay contest on the Four-Way Test due Fri. March 11. The essay must be 250 to 500 words long and include the importance of the four points: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned? First place will receive $100, second $75, and third $50.
