Overall, the varsity girls basketball team finished their season with 11 wins and 13 losses, with a league total of five wins and nine losses.
The girl’s best game was in December against SLO High School. “Our team worked hard for that win and didn’t give up when things weren’t going our way,” said Junior Kimberly Buchanan, who has played varsity basketball for three years.
Key players are Junior Jayden Loewen and Freshman Hailie Abel, both captains that hit threes.
“When our team clicks in the game it’s the best feeling, ” said Buchanan as she watched her team.
