With a spritz of setting spray and smile creeping onto her face sophomore Diandra Wong looks at her model’s face, her final product. She shows her model her makeup and happiness spreads. Her model falls in love with her rose eyeshadow and simple but classy look. It makes her feel beautiful. Wong has proved her talent by pleasing her model. Starting experimenting with makeup in middle school, Wong wore her products to school and friends noticed. Soon she began doing makeup for dances, events, and just for fun. From then on Wong knew she wanted to be a makeup artist. Wong has found a way to express her creativity. It’s her version of art.
“Just remember: you’re beautiful no matter what,” Wong said.
