ASB President Josh Dewhurst and Link Crew help welcome and prepare Bearcats for the new school year

When the first bell rings at 7:55 Monday Aug. 22, ASB President Josh Dewurst and over 30 Link Crew members should have hundreds of oriented ninth graders in place. He and leaders helped welcome and prepare Bearcats for the new school year during freshman orientation on Aug. 12. Activities centered around Bearcat Pride: Be Prepared, Be Respectful, Have Integrity, Be Determined, and Be Engaged. Dewhurst and leaders said they hoped spirit and traits continue this year. Leadership teachers Anthony Overton and Jen Bedrosian directed the activities.
