Bearcat Boys basketball fall short 71-46 to the righetti warriors in the second half of the game
The Righetti Warriors men’s basketball team overtook the Bearcats Thursday, December 15, with a 71-46 point win. Even in the face of defeat, the Bearcats were able to manage multiple three pointers and impressive shots.
During the first and second quarter, the Bearcats kept a tight game, usually within a three point range. It wasn’t until the third quarter, when Righetti took the lead by scoring over twenty points in ten minutes.
Despite this loss, the team is still looking forward to growing and continuing to thrive throughout the season.
“I’m excited for us to get better over the progression of the season and to start winning more games when we begin league,” Hoier says.
