Bearcats dominate Mission Prep with relentless finishing and sharpshooting
Friday night marked the second game in the two-game series between the Bearcats and Royals and Bearcats emerged victorious once again with a final score of 64-58. The Varsity boys put on a showcase throughout the game, putting up great shots, slashing into the paint for layups and a plethora of drawn fouls, and locking down on the defensive side of the court. One such play involved Justin Luna stepping over in help-defense to strip the ball away while the opponent drove in towards the basket. This surely won’t be the last victory for the Bearcats as they continue forward on their four game win streak with an undefeated 4-0 record in league. Bearcats are currently first in league.
