Bearcat’s face a 12-7 loss to the Lemoore Tigers on Friday, Aug. 25.
With a new coach and field, the SLO Tribune number two ranking Bearcats started off their preseason against the Lemoore Tigers. The Tigers scored a touchdown in the second quarter but the Bearcat defense blocked the extra point. In the third quarter, the Tigers scored again and the Bearcats blocked another extra point attempt. Going into the fourth quarter Lemoore was up 12-0. The Bearcats were able to score seven points, leaving them at a 12-7 loss to start their season.
Next week, the Bearcats are away at Frontier. Kickoff is at 7pm. The next home game is Friday, Sept. 8 against McClymonds at 7pm.
