TESTING THE WATERS – On the other side of the Paso Robles Municipal Pool, located in downtown Paso, JV girls’ swimmer Kylah Loudat practices breaststroke during drills. While the pool has been used for aquatics for many years, it has shown wear and is unable to meet regulations to safely host swim and dive events, and is the sole cause of the construction of a pool on Paso Robles High School’s campus.
